I actually spent the latter part of my evening yesterday and a few hours tonight getting this one in good shape, so needlesstosay, this one has a unique flair that is missing from some of my former work.

I must add here that every drop of inspiration in this tune came from a sample of the microwave oven in the kitchen here at home. From the melody of the vocals to the harmonic content itself, I'm more proud of that nuking device than I ever thought imaginable. You'd be surprised at the fascinating world of sound we inhabit daily. Most of it needs the volume to be cranked up to be audible, but once you do, OH MYY. . .

The picture above is a firework explosion on the beach. My hand must've been a little shaky, but in my opinion, this picture is just as beautiful as what actually happened. Maybe this is even more beautiful. Hell, it's probably the reason you clicked on my post today in the first place, so big up to my shaky hand on this capture of fireworks.

What else needs to be said today? I don't know. I'm feeling an urge to create something new tonight. I'm digging this minimalistic sound creation. Things tend to workout easier when I shoot for less. In the world of sound and perhaps in general, less is more. Simple things hit home more efficiently than complex things. Maybe I should heed this wisdom by ending today's post now. Right. Okay.. bye then!!
