I am having nice time here. I hope you are having great time. I love dessert very much. In our country any kinds of celebration is incomplete without dessert. Today i am going to share with you a recipe of very delicious dessert which is called Jorda.
Ingredients
| Ingredients | Quantity |

| Rice | 3 cup |
| Sugar | 1 cup |
| Pumpkin Jelly | 1/2 cup |
| Ghee | 2 tpiece |
| Cardamom | 3 piespn |
| Raisin | 20 piece |
| Small black sweet | 22 piece |
| Saffron colour | 1/2 tea spn |
Cooking process
1st step
First take a deep cooking pot. Then add rice,water and saffron colour in the pot. Now cook until rice nearly boiled. Now take a pan.Now fry the rice with ghee for a while.
2nd step
Now add sugar and cardamom in the pan. Then stir for few minutes.
3rd step
Now add pumpkin jelly and raisin in the pan.
4th step
Now take a flat plate. Then pour the rice mixture on the plate. Jorda is almost ready to serve.
5th step
Now decorate with those small black sweets. Now it is ready to eat. This dessert is very easy to cook but very delicious to eat.
