First feed-back on Newton Fate USA

They are at my feet for just over 2 weeks, these Newton model Fate II USA, I have traveled "only" 14 miles of racing in their company, as well as having them worn as a work shoe for several days.

I had already had a Newton Gravity a few years ago, and my feelings of that shoe were very positive, at the time I remember that I tried both the Gravity model and the Fate model, and at the end my choice fell on Gravity, which it gave me the impression of being decidedly superior to the younger sister.

I chose this special version of Fate II because I liked the color a lot, and only the number 11 US remained, the one I normally wear, it seemed a coincidence, just my number, so I wanted to put it to the test, and I have to admit that I'm absolutely not regretted of the choice I made.

Fit very comfortable, I carried out as a maximum length of training a little more than 4 miles, but in this relatively short ride these shoes have already shown to be of excellent quality, from different points of view.

The memory that I had of the Gravity was to be much more amortized than the Fairies, in this version that I just started using this gap is not so high, because the FateII USA has improved compared to the version of 2/3 years ago , I felt great sensations in terms of cushioning power and stability of the shoe, the small difference in drop remains, as the fairies have a drop of 4.5 mm, while the Gravity drops to 3 mm, but you do not feel that much this fact.

I confirm the main feature of the Newton also in this model, which is to facilitate an impact on the ground with the entire surface of the foot, in order to discharge this shock on the entire area of ​​support on the ground, facilitating and encouraging a proper dispersion of this energy, potentially dangerous for our joints.

I recommend using this shoe to anyone who wants to approach the world of barefoot running, the so-called Barefoot philosophy, always recommending, for those who have never used shoes inspired by these concepts, to pay attention to the calf muscles, which is , above all initially, more stimulated by this alternative but more physiologically correct support.
