Social Media and why it needs to be Community Driven

The problem with Social Media is that it isn't very Social, since you must abide by strict censorship, based and imposed on by Corporate control and the notion that people are so dysfunctional that they need to be protected.
Lets be very honest and say that most people know the difference between good and bad and also know what personal responsibility is and how to use it.
For instance, if there is a link in a post that goes to Woodworking and you like that subject, you have the choice to click the link and find out more and you also have the choice not to click the link.
Now its seems that having a chat with a friend about something they heard on the news, may get you in some hot water and possibly get your Social account suspended or even banned, under the guys of Public Safety.
The question is... Who decides what is safe and what is not... What is Vulgar and what is not, since both of these issues are subjective and what person A finds unsafe and vulgar, person B may find it acceptable.
That.... is why we go from children to adults and along the way, we obtain the ability to choose. Until then, our parents or guardians are tasked with making those choices, not Mr Zuckerberg or other CEOs/Managers of other Social Networks.Social Networks need to supply the freedom to choose what we want to read, watch or listen too, with options to specify the level of "questionable" content we as individuals deem is warranted.
Freedom of Speech is a wonderful notion and one we adhere to, but even though we recognize its truthfulness, the Community can set levels that say, "too much" and recommend that some content be done at specialized places like 4chan, 8chan, pornhub and so on, with no malice intended. Its not much different to asking guests to your home to refrain from smoking or not to write on the walls....
ArchSaint is Creating a Community Hub where the Community can vote for rules or changes to rules and also to vote in New Managers or continue with the current managers, because any ArchSaint built Social Network Platform will always have the Community as its core shareholders who need to remain happy.
We have a Whitepaper that explains a little bit on how ArchSaint works and it will be altered as people start voicing their opinions and ideas, because that.... is what Social Networks are about and as a Community, we need to protect it from Corporate predators run by single entities.
