Lunch Run
I just finished a 9.138km running that lasted about 0hh:43mm:51ss !
Someone put a massive caramel mud cake in our office and as I was struggling to get out of the door and train once again, this gave me the incentive to get out the door as I knew I would eat cake if I didn't get out soon.
It was good to get out there and run, and by the picture I posted I got some nice trophies on Strava...The road I was running up is pretty crappy and steep so I don't think a lot of people actually run up it that much and could be why I got a top 10 trophy for it.
