Afternoon Hill Run
I just finished a 5.834km running that lasted about 0hh:36mm:52ss !
Mixing things up a little this week. @run.kirsty.run and I usually hit the hills on Thursday afternoon but the weather was so nice today, we decided to switch things around a little.
It's actually a pretty easy session with a 2km warm up to start things off, then we do some short hill repeats. We will usually do about 8 or 9 repeats going up hill and now we have started adding in some down hill sprints.
Nothing too fast. Instead we do about 3 or 4 controlled runs downhill that last for about 15 seconds. We just have to work out what to do this Thursday now.
