I just finished a 5.411km running that lasted about 0hh:23mm:9ss !

I ran as fast as I could anyway. Work has been pretty crazy so, as I had a break in between meetings it was time to quickly get out and go for a run.

And run we did. Joined by my work colleague who is actually pretty evenly matched with me, it was time to just run at a fast speed for us, and finish it up within about 25 minutes or so.
