5km Lunch Run

I just finished a 5.063km run that lasted about 0hh:24mm:45ss !

The above image is from my very first trail run I did back home in Melbourne, probably about 5 years ago.

I actually didn't think I wound do another trail run again as I completely messed up my back after this run. It was only about 15km but was in a lot of pain for months afterwards. That has nothing to do with today's lunch run. I felt a little bad to be heading out for a run on my lunch break because it had been a busy morning, but compromised and only did a 5km run than anything longer.

It meant, getting out quick, running and getting back into the office quick, which helped me clear my head ready of the rest of the afternoon.
