A review of raw mango juice as a nutritious food

Materials: -One cup of raw mango slices

– Chilli – 2 (chopped) - Half a teaspoon of chili powder
– Chopped coriander leaves 2 teaspoons - Salty taste
First, the raw mangoes should be peeled and washed with clean water, then the mangoes should be placed in a blender, and after that, add water, sugar, coriander leaves, beet salt, raw chilies, chillies and salt etc. and blend it in a glass like raw mango syrup. Serve over a piece of ice. It is highly nutritious and delicious food known to be a good food on hot days.
