How to use SteemVoter?

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

Hey guys, so I've heard about SteemVoter so decided to give it a try. The FAQ section is a little vague so not 100% clear on what SteemVoter is supposed to do or how to use it. I'm assuming it's going to autovote people who I enter as "rules."

So I got everything setup, linked my account and added some users I wanted to auto upvote and what percent vote I want to give them. One thing I wasn't clear on is if I add people as just the name or name with the @ sign in front of them. For example if I wanted to add BrianPhobos, do I enter "BrianPhobos" or do I enter "@BrianPhobos"?

I also see a button called "Guild", can someone tell me what that means?

I've had it running overnight and don't see any votes in my log. I'm wondering if it's just because the users I'm setup to autovote havn't posted anything or if I don't have it setup properly?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

hey

No need for the @ sign.

I've not tried the 'guild' feature but have around 20 accounts who have always received their auto vote.

What is the guild feature?

The comment is right above. You don't have to put the @ sign. I think the guild feature might be to follow the same voting patterns as accounts like @curie but I'm not sure. I wasn't following anyone else's curation trail.

@steemvoter @buildteam Can you tell me how I can signup for premium SteemVoter?

Okay must have been no votes because none of the people I had rules setup for posted anything. I just checked and have 5 votes.
