How Do I Create A Group?
My question is how do I create a group? I see people who have groups for noobs or groups like Whale Power. Is there actually a way to create a specific group page or do I simply have my people put a #steemitrebels or something like that in their title of their post or do I have them put "steemitrebels" as a tag below the post?
I have an awesome and very supportive group of 58,000 people from over on Youtube. I'm trying to bring them, both viewers and creators, over here to Steemit. I'd like to support them since they all support me over at Youtube, and would also like to create a community of people to help the new guys comming over to the site as well as to help support each other.
As soon as I figure this out I'd like to invite @vogeltron1 @mitchybb and @brianphobos to come join, if I neglected to mention anyone who followed me on over from Youtube drop a comment and I'll make sure to follow you back. I would love to continue to bring over new people and help join the community.
Yeah the main way is to tag it as that but also people group up in Steemit.chat. It isn't working right now but there are different rooms in there for different interest. A lot of people have went over to discord for chat related stuff but I haven't really mixed in over there. Steemit.chat being down has been bad for me in some ways but good for me in other ways. It is easy to get chatting with people over there instead of posting and commenting.
Okay cool thanks man appreciate the heads up. I'm gonna start doing more steemit vids on Youtube and wanna try to create a community of people to help support each other as well as help the new guys so I'm gonna try to get a little group rolling here. Thanks again
Yep, I had a MOD create me #steem-rpg for my RPG game. Great way to gather your tribe.
This is so true. It is great for networking until someone gets distracted and that can lead to an outbreak of "not-getting-it-done-itis".
Yeah it is easy to not get anything done. Happens to me all the time! lol

If you're ever looking for new places to shoot I found two really cool places within an hour or so drive from Chicago. One is Old Joliet Prison out in Joliet obviously and this past weekend I took a trip out to Stevensville, Michigan, went on a really cool hike up to the top of these sand dunes and then there was a cool little secluded beach down below. My gf was going nuts looking for sea glass, actually found some cool pieces, definately worth checking out though if your into photography
