Yeah if your into abandoned placed decent place to checkout not too far of a drive from the city. Last February we had one freakishly warm day that was like high 60's so my gf and her brother and his fiance all packed up a backpack with some beers and headed out there. We walked through the prison took some pictures and then headed down the road to another kind of cool spot out there that's a buffalo range. They also have the Abe LIncoln National cemetery out there as well so a bunch of stuff to do on a nice afternoon.

Thank you. Yeah love this place. Last year they had a really bad fire there so been curious to go back and see what's still there. I heard next year some company is going to be turning it into a haunted house which would be reallyneat
