we found the problem in the kitchen aah
apparently
for one thing we thought it was the fridge/freezer b/c there used to be one in the kitchen on a different socket, and now its a combo in the garage, WHICH apparently sits on the same circuit as the plug for the deep fryer and plug for the water cooker
apparently
but what we missed was the BOILER (for the sink , washing dishes etc)
ALSO sits on that same circuit - we missed that b/c it stays hot so long after we unplugged it
(which means its a great sturdy gud appliance), however
all those things mentioned (xept the AAA+++ fridge/freezer) whop 8 to 8.6/7 ampere
and the boiler
what we dont know is how thick the cable in the wall is so we plugged a 10 amp breaker into it (fuses are strange things btw, why would use a one-time thing you cant even turn back on ?????????? maybe we're missing something about "the importance of fuses over breakers)
which means anything over that pops it
so you cant put the deepfryer on with the cooker, it will flip
(that means = safe until know more)
BUT THE BOILER
so when we unplug that the deepfryer or watercooker no longer pop it
IT WAS THE SALMON MOUSSE
NOW , allow us to ask this here question, as an illiterate bum with not even a hi school degree
THIS MEANS
all sockets in the kitchen for appliances on the boards and sink
ALL OF THEM back in the 1970s
were linked to ONE circuit (which apparently has at least one more outlet in the garage too)

yea we thought plugging two mc4 connectors together would make a great first time project for baby elletriker
and lo and behold
it clicks
so we plugged the fridge freezer together with the dishwasher now HERE's a twilight zone episode
we already turned off and/or removed 1/3rd of the breakers 'n fuses in the box
everything still works, so those circuits have been under current for 30 years
doing nothing ... (probably mostly heaters that have never been used past the 1980s)
but the twilight episode,if we turn ALL of them off, xept the main breaker-to-the-house
the laundrymat still works
...
