POEM: In The Place You Stood
The shadows fade
from leftover light
and tethered bulb balloons
The string is pulled
by a strong and innocent
fragile newborn hand
You floated up
beyond where lemon ladders
made their mark
And now go on
Through open windows
lipped with solitude
Time to float up and discover something beautiful :)
