One of my favorite chops. We call these chops Dhunia Pata Chop. These Coriander Leaf Chops are my favorite. Basically these chops are made from Dhinia. As before, many ingredients are used on top of dhuniya apart from flour and besan. These dhunia chops are as good to look at as they are to eat. It becomes very difficult to find people who do not like purple. Because purple is one of the chops in frying. Usually we mean purple when we say chop. A variety of chops are now made after purple. But in the past, when we say chop, we understand purple. Basically they are small eggplant chops so they look very small. But even if it is small, it is very tasty and fun to eat.

Piyazi or bara is a popular dish for both men and women. One of the dry foods in Bazar Ghat is Piyaju Bara. These Piyaju Baras are basically made with kalai besan and onions. In addition, since the opium is too small to keep, two peyaju bras are only 5 taka. Due to the low price, everyone is more interested in eating Piazu Bara.
