Rusty Emperor | Napoleon Bonaparte statue removed from Rouen, France

A statue of Napoleon Bonaparte has been removed from the centre of Rouen, France - but not due to the Emperor’s problematic past. The statue, heavily rusted and damaged from the passage of time, is expected to return to its original spot following restoration work, which may last several months.
