Southern Germany's Biggest Vintage Auto Meet Up Was Front Page News in our Region. Yesterday over 3000 oldtimers were gathered in a beautiful rural area of Southern Bavaria on this hot summer day. A huge field was filled with beautiful, unusual, and even some outrageously original cars.
Gewinner: Beeindruckendste Auftritt
Das größte Oldtimer-Treffen in Süddeutschland war die Zeitungstitelseite unserer Region. Gestern über 3000 Oldtimer versammelten sich an diesem heißen Sommertag in einer schönen ländlichen Gegend in Südbayern. Ein riesiges Feld war mit schönen, ungewöhnlichen und sogar einigen ausgeflippten originelen Autos gefüllt.
Dies war mein zweites Mal dort, also bin ich es dieses Mal ein bisschen anders angegangen. Es ist schwierig die Autos zu fotografieren, wenn sie dicht geparkt und von Menschen umgeben sind. Dieses Mal positionierte ich mich am Eingang, um sie zu erwischen, als sie das Schloß passierten, kurz bevor sie auf dem Feld parkten.
This was my second time there, so I approached it a little differently this time. It's difficult to photograph them when they are tightly parked and surrounded by people, so this time I positioned myself at the entrance to catch them as they passed the palatial estate just before they enter the field to park. Above you see them just before they come into view in front of the estate.
Of course I only saw perhaps a hundred or so pass by, but of those that I saw, this 1960 Corvette was by far the most impressive. What a shame that I'm not allowed by EU law to show you the very attractive couple in the car, but as you can notice I am trying to find work-arounds.
Natürlich sah ich nur etwa hundert, aber von denen, die ich gesehen habe, war dieser Corvette von 1960 mit Abstand die beeindruckendste. Was für eine Schande, dass das neue EU-Recht nicht erlaubt, euch das sehr attraktive Paar im Auto zu zeigen, aber wie man sehen kann, versuche ich, einen Ausweg zu finden.
The Corvette had this incredible rumbling sound from the engine, it was so deep and throaty, you could almost feel the vibrations.
Der Motor des Corvettes hatte dieses unglaublich brummende Geräusch, es war so tief, dass man die Vibrationen fast fühlen konnte.
Bei meinem Rundgang fand ich ihn wieder. Ich mag diese visuellen Eindrücke der Fotoeffekte und sie haben den Vorteil, Gesichter zu verwischen, die im Hintergrund sein könnten.
Later as I walked around I found it again and took some close-up. I liked the visuals of the heavy effects, and it had the advantage of blurring faces that might be in the background.
The picture that can be painted with color of human imagination seems to be more natural. The painting is no longer in color and color. Photography is also limited to camera frames. Like technology and rich imagination of human imagination.

So ist es mir in 2017 gegangen. Es war sehr schön aber sauheiß -- aber so viele tolle Autos :-)
nächstes Jahr sollte ich mir das nicht entgehen ;)
