Ethereum Smart Contract Site for Charity

Roulerty.com or Rouelerty.eth will be a crowd funded game of roulette, the spin does not start until there is an equal amount of money on each number (allowing the winner to be paid from the bets that did not win). When the number is 0, all funds bet on Black, Red, Odd, or Even would be donated to the charity of the month or year (American Cancer Society will be the first year of operations).

Obviously this will take some developing, hosting, and most of all security. I believe we will be able to have the site operation after we meet our goal. It will run on ethereum via smart contracts.

My childhood was filled with ups and downs like most, but few memories exceed a weekend at Grandpa and Grandma’s house. My grandma taught me how to play many card games. (Euchre, Spoons, Poker, etc) Playing poker with my Grandma has always been a very strong and fond memory of mine. She was good, and had no qualms with taking all of the change I found in the couches that day. Quickly teaching me “Don’t bet what you're not prepared to lose”.

She was kind, bold, funny, and most importantly she was a matriarch for our family. When cancer took Virgina from us, it left a hole in our family, many members of our family stepped up, but it was never the same.

Her ability to make any event or game fun was uncanny, but the was always a lesson to be learned, this is my attempt to continue her legacy.

I still believe the cure for cancer is not a question of if, but a question of when. 100 percent of all proceeds made in the first year of operations will be donated in her name to American Cancer Society. (We may change charities monthly or yearly after that point)
