To another little library

A few houses. This one needs more trees :) I'm always in favor of more trees.

I bet there's a pool in the yard. Or a croquet lawn.

I love this one. Perfect for a painter, writer or?

Gracias amigo :)

I LOVE these photos! I love that take a book, leave a book system too! Books will never go out of fashion... nothing is the same as the paper pages in your fingers. Just like nothing compares to 12 inches of vinyl to listen to your favourite music haha
GREAT post Ross. RESTEEMED

Thank you so much! I was really excited to see these little library's! They were only a block apart. I love books and vinyl too! I have a nice collection of both :)

I love seeing this kettle libraries around but I wonder how long they will last so few seem to read paper books anymore
What a lovely neighborhood

Thanks for joining Wednesday Walk :)

Most people in this neighborhood are an older generation. I think they still actually read!

The nicest thing for me is the invitation to stop and look : )

Actually thinking about it most of the ones I have seen are also in neighborhoods with a generally older community
I still read books at home but on the train I have moved to reading on my tablet carrying a camera lenses and tablet is enough already without adding a novel

I'm wanting to get back to reading more. I've spent so much time on the computer. It was great initially but the truth is for several years years now it's pretty much ... nothing.

I am pretty much the same I am planning or hoping for a sunroom or nice spot outside when I retire and move and I plan to have at least an hour or two a day for sitting and relaxing with a good book

my dear book

Thanks! It's really nice to stop and look. I wouldn't normally stop in front of someones house here. So i really like the invitation to stop and hang out a bit : )

:) 👍
Resteemed :)

Two little libraries during one walk? Certainly signs of a great neighborhood!

Yes! I think so too :)

Howdy sir rossfletcher! Is that close to your place? That first little library has a solar panel?
I really like the different style homes there.

It's a couple of miles away. It's one of the nicer neighborhoods in Long Beach. There are really nice homes there. I was dreaming of living there while walking around. There were some i didn't shoot with lots of shady trees in particular.

I wondered about that solar panel. Maybe it lights up at night!

You need to go back to that neighborhood at night and look at that little library. lol. I bet it does like up. That would be a nice feature. hey maybe steem with go to $100 in a few years and you can move up in the world!
