Hurricane Marie again. This is one of my favorites from day two of the swell. Super long distance shot from the Wedge looking down the coast at Corona Del Mar
That house in the middle of the shot - just the roofline is visible - is in literally thousands of my photo's. I wonder what it's like looking out the windows?

I really enjoy your surfing photos. So beautiful and you know exactly the perfect timing for these shots. I have never surfed in my life, but want to learn even though I'm scared, but I love watching the surfers and just love the beach and the ocean.

Thank you very much! You should definitely try it! It's a little tricky to learn but there are surf schools all over that are great for getting you started.
Yes i'm a surfer! I've been mostly taking photos in the few last few years and not going out so much anymore :)
Thinking about the maintenance of such houses
In the Netherlands I lived about 10 km from the beach, but STILL had to paint everything at least every 3 years.
Well there's always the San Fernando Valley... oh boy... look up that nightmare of a place
