The new technology works in the following way: We select several suitable neural networks and imagine that they are still small children, and then we use another neural network that trains them through multiple repetitions of various complex operations. In this way, ​we create the best and most powerful neural network.

Computers get feedback and are rewarded for the right choice through trials and errors. With this method, instead of human face images or other similar information, the computer has to determine which neural network is the smartest one.
