A Trending Pie Chart

The more time I spend on Steemit, the less I find myself opening the Trending page. There are so many great authors that get left behind, it's a shame to pass them by just because they don't make hundreds of dollars of a Youtube video they didn't even made. As I'm pushing for more quality content I'm abandoning the Trending page completely.

What are your thoughts? Do you visit the Trending page to find the best posts on Steemit?

Nice comment, I suppose you did not start following this guy? I find these comments so annoying!

I was being sarcastic, and I didn't want to be rude to the newcomers. Ofcourse I didn't follow, but I always check my reader's blogs. Sometimes I come across some really good ones, but rarely.

I know, and I sometime answer very similar. My comment was meant more for the user who placed the comment, so I hope this person comes back to your comment and sees mine as well :) I stop giving them a comment upvote though; Or when I do, I make a statement like: "this is not the way to get followers and votes but this time I still give you an comment upvote". More and more I can laugh about this new trend, I guess I'm accepting it and act without negative emotions when seeing this happening many times a day, from p2p chats with URLs, with I-vote-when-you-first-vote for me and all these too aggressive, intrusive and respect-less way of getting rewards and not working on creating friends and community.
