noodles Aceh
Ingredients
1 pack of egg noodles, boil, drain
3 pieces of thinly sliced cabbage
1 green mustard greens iris2
1 tomato, cut into pieces
1 stalk of celery pieces
2 onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon pepper powder
Cooking oil
Ground spices:
4 red onions
3 garlic
3 red chili
according to Cabe cayenne taste
2 pieces roasted pecan
Saute the onion with oil until fragrant, then add the shrimp and spice fine. Add water. Boil. Give soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, pepper powder and curry powder. Stir well
Add cabbage, mustard greens and noodles. Stir well. Finally enter tomatoes and celery leaves.
-Serve aceh noodles with complementary chips, pickles and fried eggs.
