Material:
-1 onions
-5 pieces of garlic, geprek
-100 gr chicken, small slices
-2 eggs, whipped off and fried scrambled arik
-5 pieces of meatballs, sliced
-2 carrots, sliced slices
-1 broccoli bobs
-5 pieces of cabbage, sliced
-5 pieces of chicory
-1 Green mustard greens
-1 leeks
-2 tbsp oyster sauce
-1 tbsp fish sauce
-1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt, powdered sugar and pepper to taste
-5 tablespoons cornstarch
How to make:
- Saute the onions and garlic until fragrant, then enter the chicken. Stir until the chicken changes color.
- Then enter the carrots, stir and enter the broth, salt, sugar, pepper powder, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil. After boiling broth flavor test.
3.After ripe carrots enter broccoli, cabbage. Mix well then put white mustard, green mustard, egg, meatball. Stir well a minute then enter the leeks. Finally enter the cornstarch mixed with water. Stir well.
