A Wonderful Beginning to 2024🌄

The year 2024 began with soft rain falling all around. Even though it was raining, everything seemed really beautiful. Since it was a Monday, the start of a new year, it felt like a great day to begin fresh.

Because it was a holiday for Kalana, the first plan was to go to Kachchiwatta temple. So he came to our home early in the morning . But because of the heavy rain, we went to the peaceful Bodhirukkharama temple, Gonapinuwala, instead. Even though it was nearby, I had never been there before.

When we came back home, my mom and I teamed up to make a yummy lunch. We enjoyed every moment together, and it felt like time flew by so fast.

Later in the evening, we decided to make sandwiches. We chose to add both eggs and salmon fish, and they turned out to be incredibly tasty. These simple but delicious sandwiches added many great memories to the beginning of the year .

In these times spent together, we felt the importance of being close and happy. Each and every minute was filled with happy and love. Although we do not know what will happen in the future, I believe that the most important thing is to believe in yourself and think hopefully.
