And because I don't have mood for the past few days...
And because I have my struggles as part of being a stubborn individual...
And because I feel so much pressure on the emotional level...
And because I don't have the energy to speak or write...
And because I honor who I am...
And because I embrace the waiting for Recognition...
And because I am becoming wiser of the pain and suffering...
And because I begin to love my body...
And because this Individual Energies and Channel is not an easy route for creativity...
I made a homemade shampoo :)
This is one of the results from being in the individual process for the past few days. I have seven individual gates and one channel 28-38; The Queen of Stubborn as my late mom used to say. Individual energy is Mutative, Creative, Melancholic and Acoustic.
Let see what's come up when we embrace our individual melancholic process.
Remember to let the flow of Life flow through Naturally and Love Your Self.

we light others way ... you have a lovely light
Interesting recipe .. I like all the ingredients
I notice when I mix coconut oil with baking soda it seems like I added salt ..I use it for toothpaste
I have used various essential oils for massage .. I had a client that insisted I use some cedarwood she got on a cruise
and I even used cedarwood to make a natural remedy for my dog's fleas one summer.
Yes we do!
I wanted to try coconut oil as toothpaste too, it would be nice if can you share with me your recipe?
I have used been using different kind of essential oil for different purpose, LOVE Peppermint and Lavender, they are so relaxing.
Cedarwood is good for spiritual grounding, for hair too that's the reason I used it for shampoo. Can your remedy works on cat too? I have a stray cat with 3 kittens that I think can help.
you need to dilute the cedarwood...but first see if they like the smell it would be torture to use it if they can not tolerate the smell... to be honest I had to kill the flea eggs or there was no end..it took months...OK .. I got the toothpaste recipe off the internet and like it.
I had tried the coconut pulling for my teeth look that up... removes toxins out of your system.
This toothpaste is basically one to one. 5 tsp of each coconut oil and baking power..it gets rid of cavities for some and smoothes out rough stuff....doesn't hurt to try google it too
Yea, I did Google the toothpaste recipes, some recipes added in essential oil like peppermint or cinnamon, will do a trial and error on that, thank for your advise too.
I'll give them a good bath first and see how it goes before trying the cedarwood.
Looked up on coconut pulling from Dr. Axe, very interesting, never heard this method before, thanks for sharing my dear.
I tried no-poo method two years ago, using only pure aloe vera juice to cleanse my hair. Ended up with greasy hair XD So I stopped using my own shampoo and switched to commercial shampoo without silicone. I think because my hair is not coated with silicone anymore, my hair doesn't get oily as fast now. I can now shampoo once in 5 days!!
I have no idea my dear, Aloe Vera is from my garden, baking soda and olive oil just from the pantry, essential oils are from my many collections of oil (I used a lot of different oils :D)...
So basically I just grab what's in the house and made it (of cos with the help of Google la... hahaha)
