Human Design #1: Introduction for Beginners Session

Last year, I had an invitation from a friend to teach and coach people on energy and Human Design. Not long after that, I begin to do classes for Human Design in almost every weekends. Here, I would like to share these wonderful experiences hoping more people can get in touch with Oneself through their body.

This session was conducted 2 days ago and here's my photo story.

"Today's session. One thing I loved about today's session was these beautiful souls asked me questions. To be honest; I communicate and remember better with questions. That's how I remember as a Quad Right too.

My journey with Human Design enhance my spiritual awakening. Human Design is not religion. It is a knowledge that shows you what's your inner power is and how you can use that power to live a Life with less resistance.

Mine would be the spontaneity in the present moment and the awareness to know what is healthy and what is not. Yours probably different than mine. Find out what's yours!
