COOKING 101 : SPAGHETTI WITH A TWIST - MY VALENTINE RECIPE

Hello Everyone, Today I challenge my self to make a new version of spaghetti. Usually, I always cooked normal spaghetti that my kids really love to eat. And now I tried beef balls tied up to the sauce of the pasta for the new taste. It is easy and fun to cook.



INGREGIENTS

ground beef
salt
pepper
cornstarch
cheese
spaghetti sauce
pasta
onions



COOKING METHOD

  1. Cook the pasta and let it boil until tender and put some salt to balance the taste. Set aside

2.In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well and form 10 ball rolls out of it.

  1. In a pot over medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil. Add the beef balls and cook until it turned brown

  2. Remove all the beef balls and reserve on a plate.

  3. Add the remaining olive oil and onion until onion is translucent. Add spaghetti sauce. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Add the beef balls back into the pot, cover and simmer until the sauce has thickened.

  4. Serve pasta with a beef ball and sauce. Top with parmesan and Serve and Enjoy eating with your family!..
