In traditional chinese, people put a lot of time and emphasis to set up for meals.
Today, we live in a fast pacing world that this is not our priority anymore.
We just want to eat and then get going.
I suppose it is good to prepare meals well and eat in a slow manner.
Here is the set up of how many chinese families set their tables for meals.
