My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2022
The water is warm enough to swim, so I went in the afternoon to make sure I get the heat of the sun.
The water was a bit cool but with the sun coming down, it feels ok after 5 minutes.
As long as the sun is out I aim to go swimming every day.
It feels so good after the swim.
