Hi, friends, How are you?

Yoga day special
HAPPY INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY. STAY FIT AND HEALTHY.
Yogena chittasya  padena vacham Malam Shareerasya
chavaidyakenam Yopakarottam Pravaram Muneenam
Patanjalinam Pranjali Ranatosmi.
Today I woke up at 6 o’clock am in the morning. I do my regular works
of brush, bath, and outdoor cleaning and washing in front of the gate, I put
rangoli design. Then I drank warm water and meditated and walked for
40 minutes. Then I ate Papaya. I watered the plants and did pooja.
Breakfast
I prepared Puph ( Avalaki Chitrana ) After breakfast, I clean the kitchen
and home, I finished my laundry. Then I prepared Black grapes juice and
served everyone in my family. Then I took a rest for few minutes.
Lunch

Sambhar preparation
I prepared horse gram sambar, rice, sprouts, mango, and buttermilk. After lunch,
I clean the vessels, then I prepared curry leaves chutney powder.
I used chana gram, urdal, ( black gram ), curry leaves, tamarind, jaggery,
Dry coconut ( copra ), red chili, and salt. All I fried and grind powder, without water.
Then I watched TV news and some programes.
Evening
I fresh up and went to the terrace walked for one hour. Then I watered the
Plants and I took tea with biscuits. Then I did evening pooja and listening
Some movie songs.
Night
I Prepared wheat roti and the afternoon leftover sambar we used. After dinner,
I clean the kitchen and wrote my diary and went to bed.
