Hi, friends, HOw are you?
Today I woke up at 6:30 am in the morning. I do my regular works
of brush and outdoor cleaning and washing in front of the gate,
I put the rangoli design. Then I drank warm water and did some
exercises and meditated for half an hour. Then I prepared coffee
and had it. After that, I clean the home and took a shower, then
I did the pooja.

Breakfast

I prepared palak rice and raitha. I forget to take the photo, after
Breakfast, I washed the vessels and finished my laundry work.
Then I prepared masala tea and had it. Then my daughter called
me and talk for a while.

Lunch

I prepared rice, I was not able to cook sambar, because
cooking gas got over, the additional cylinder also empty I forget
to book the cylinder last month, so two cylinders were empty.
Thank God rice is cooked properly. We eat rice, Chutney powder,
and curd. After lunch, I washed the vessels and I did the beetle
leaf mala for the Hanuman temple.

Snacks

I fresh up and walked for half an hour, Then I cut the apple and
guava and served everyone in my family members. Then I did
the evening pooja. Then I went to the Hanuman temple and
gave beetle leaf mala, then I Pray to God and came back home.

Dinner

My son ordered to a restaurant (Meghana food) for Paneer Palav
salad, And raitha. After dinner, I clean the kitchen and wrote my
Diary and went to bed.
