Hi, friends, How are you?
Today I woke up at 6 o’clock in the morning. I do my regular works of brushed and outdoor cleaning and washing in front of the gate, I put the rangoli design. Then I drank warm water and did some exercises and meditated for half an hour. Then I drank women’s Horlicks and watered the plants and cleaned the home, then I took a shower and did the pooja.
Breakfast
Chutney
Paddu
I prepared Padu and coconut chutney. This type of chutney is very simple and tasty; Only 5 ingredients.
Coconut chutney recipe: Coconut - 1 cup, Green chili - 3 or 4, Roasted Bengal gram - 2 tsp, Tamarind small piece, Ginger - a small piece, salt, and water.
After breakfast, I prepared masala tea and had it, then I washed the vessels and finished my laundry work. Then I took a rest and watched the TV news.
Lunch
Sambhar
Chiku
I prepared field gram sambar, rice, ragi ball, and buttermilk. After lunch, I prepared a Chiku fruit milkshake and had it together with my family members. Then I washed the vessels and listened to some movie songs and slept for a while.
Snacks
Sandwich
I fresh up and walked for half an hour, then my son ordered a bread sandwich, after that, I prepared masala tea and had it. Then I went to the terrace and took the clothes and fold them and kept it in the wardrobe. Then I did the evening pooja. Then I watched the Kannada serials.
Dinner
I prepared dosa, morning leftover the chutney I used it. After dinner, I cleaned the kitchen and wrote my diary, and went to bed.
