SLC26-W3//"cookies cup"

Welcome to my belog,How are all.I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan.Today I am very happy to participate this amazing and interesting steemit 26th engagement challenge.This is the third week starts. As usual my lovely teacher @ mvchacin learned how to make cookies cup .she explained very easy and simple way .I am very Thankful for mam and whole steemit learning team .They give me a chance to bring my abilities .Through this contest we can show our Telent .Because learning has no limit,no age only interest and passion take a person forward.

Let's move towards and starts

cookies cup

Ingredients	Quantity
Butter	225gm
All purpose flour wheat flour	420gm
White sugar	200gm
Brown sugar	200gm
Vanilla	1tea spoon
Baking powder	1/2 tea spoon
Ground cinnamon	1/2 tea spoon

For Decoration of cookies cup

1)chocolate chips //white and brown
2)chocolate chunks//chocolate balls
3)colourful bunty
4)chocolate biscuits

Now we are ready to prepare cup cake cookies

procedure

Step1

First of all All the ingredients should be in room temperature.take a clean bowl add flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder mixed well properly and said Aside.

take another bowl add butter,white sugar brown sugar,.I am using hand blender and mixed untill all the ingredients are integrated.

Then add vanilla and eggs mixed well properly then add wheat flour in liquid mixture little by little.mixed all the ingredients integrated then add chocolate chips ,some chocolates .

After that I wrapped in cookies dough and keep it In refrigerator for two hours .after two hours my cookies dough is ready for cookies.

I am divided cookies dough in different pieces .and given the small shape of balls .after that in mold keep it in cup cake liner .cookies dough set in the mold in the shape of the basket.in the center of the dough I filled chocolate chips ,in some cookies I add chocolate bowls.

I presume heat the ovan for 15 minutes.after I baked 160 degree for twenty minutes.before the cookies cool completely. I decorated with chocolate Ganesh,some chocolate chips cookies,and some buntys and biscuits.

So guys This is my final presentation .it's looks very delicious .when the cookies were baked all the aroma spread all my house . Then my family enjoyed This cookies .very tasty,presentable .The biscuits have a very good apprence .my children feel very happy to enjoying this cookies cup.Thanks for mam giving such a authentic recipe of cookies cup .

what are you favourite type of sweet filling?

I like chocolate filling in cookies.I enjoying baking with rich chocolate cookies because chocolate filling cookies more delicious .basically I am chocolate lover and I made at home different chocolate dishes I Think chocolate cookies is the best for cookies.

Total coast of my Pakistani Rupees =720.which were equivalent to steem approximately 20.steem.its quite economical for home made cookies cup.

what did the variations of chocolate chips cookies dough?

There are many variations of chocolate chips cookies in dough .we can add in chocolate chunks,oats,peanut butter, dry fruits ,nuts we can caramelized in dough. The filling of dough .we can prepared delicious cookies .it's up to you .like I add in cookies dough chocolate chunks.its my favourite.
