FRY LADY FINGER

INTRODUCTION :

hello every one my name is ROOHI Asif .I like steem Iron chef community because I am cooking lover Today I am share you very yummy and delicious vegetable FRY LADY FINGER RECIPY .my son like fry lady finger and I make this dish twice a week so we called this is my favorite family dish .now lets start Todays recipe. nutritional values of lady finger ; lady finger contain high amount of vitamin k, flow and iron It is great for promoting blood health Its help in stimulating hair follicles to promote hair growth. lady finger is an alternative English name for okra .

INIGREDIENTS :

LADY FINGER HALF KG
onion 3/4
Tomato 3/4
Oil 8 table spoon
Green chili 3/4
ginger garlic 1 table spoon [paste]
cumin seeds 1 table spoon
Turmic 1 table spoon
Coriander powder 1 table spoon
salt 1 table spoon
By leaves 2/3

PROCEDURE :

wash the vegetable [lady finger]and let it drain to remove excess water .heat oil in pen , add onions slices and frying until the color of onion is change .add tomato , green chili, bay leaves, cumin seeds, and ginger garlic powder and frying
further add vegetable with red chili powder, salt, turmic powder, and mix fry to to three minutes and cover it 10.-15 minutes the food is ready .do not turn the spoon while the cooking lady finger would spoil.

CONCLUSION :
