Egg Drop Soup Made Easy
It can't get easier or better tasting
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- 1 tsp of ground ginger
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 egg
- slurry of 3 tbsp of corn starch and 2 tbsp of water
Steps:
- combine all the ingredients but the eggs and bring to a boil. Turn off heat
- scramble the egg in a small bowl and slowly and gradually pour into the soup base
- serve hot a delicious
