FEROE ISLANDS. hiking 2019

Hi from the Faroe Islands,
I have now been here for 10 days and I have fallen in love with the strength of this place. I haven´t been sightseeing like a tourist around all the islands. I just did a bit of that on the first two days. Since then I have been just in one very isolated town by the ocean painting most of the day and going out for a hike or a walk in the nearby areas. I now feeling quite bonded to my little village.
I have been keeping a record of the evolution of the paintings I have worked on but I feel I´m not ready to share that yet. I´m working on 7 different ones. Strangely enough I have fallen back into figurative. Abstract here doesn´t feel right. I felt I needed to work on the images and patterns I get from this place.
