My kombucha experience.
Some time ago my friends @angryhound @aleksandrapan brought me a shroom which is responsible for a fermentation of the main raw material of kombucha - tea.
Kombucha Scoby used to ferment a tea with sugar. It’s possible to add some berries or spices into kombucha to bring the flavors and aromas of the ingredient.
First thing you need to make a kombucha is getting the scoby itself, u can get it from amazon.com or your local Homebrewer store.
Read the recipe carefully and brew the right amount of tea with sugar added.
Cool everything down to the room temperature (17-25 Celsius degrees)
Add scoby into the tea and leave it fermented for a few weeks with an airlock on the jar 🏺
Filter, bottle it adding some sugar and leave kombucha for a secondary fermentation for a few days.
Cool down in the fridge.
