Italian cuisine
One of the highlights of the day is enjoying a real Italian dinner.
Today a classic meal. As a starter a mixture of Umbrian like tapas for the whole family. Very tasty and because we are in the “truffle” region, flavored with truffle.
So was my main dish, a pizza with bacon, salad, mushrooms, olive oil and also covered with slices of truffle. A real treat and great taste.

That looks yummy! I'm going to Italy soon. Can you recommend any vegan dishes I should be sure to try? I don't know if vegan is at all traditional there, but I'd definitely want to try any options available.
There is a great variety in vegetarian dishes. Pastas, pizza’s, with mushrooms, various vegetables, salads, nuts and fruits. Also warm and cold pastries and bruchetta’s and other appetizers. So as a vegetarian you also will enjoy the lovely Italian cuisine.
