Scream of Hephaestus

I covered my soul with your grief
where will you drive?
the deeper I sink,
increasingly lost conscience to sing

in your pain I scream
destroyed and vanished all dreams
like the shout of Hephaestus to Prometheus
who stole the fire of knowledge

I hit the hammer on the nail on the wrist
punish yourself because it's not a mistake
I feel the blood of a demigod
I feel the pain of the metal piercing the flesh

to defend the fate of humans
who is ensnared by the devil's passions
and the punishment of the gods
who didn't accept it because they were defeated by humans
