Managing Steem is like cultivating a field
Hi Steemian, how are you today? I hope you are healthy and creative to work.
The last few days we see the value of STeem holding at $0.15. Fluctuations that we still cannot confirm make us happy. however, behind it all I feel optimistic at times when Steem values will crawl up and hope that one day it will skyrocket again.
As steemians, of course we must maintain our optimism. We must see the low value of steaks in a positive way. We can't just complain without doing anything. Staying active as is the case when steem values are high is a constructive attitude for all STeemians. Aren't we at Steem not merely pursuing the value of the crypto money?
Because if our activities are only motivated by the search for profit margins between Steem and Fiat money, we will be trapped in the thought of trading. Unless we really want to be a Steem trader, we must also have the right strategy to take profits. The low price of STeem can be used to buy STeem so that when it is high it can be sold at a high price and we will make a big profit.
Steem as a field
As a creator content we must keep our activity in STeem. We know that we just earn money by post our work. We understand that there is no millionaire who do post their work.
Moreover, if we look at the value of STeem which is still at $0.15.
But it is not an apology for us to be inactive. All STeemian accounts, both large and small, must be active. Even if a STeemian has 50K Steem Power he must be active. Because with active we will get a fee which is valued by Steem with a value of $0.15.
I am very happy to read posts from @mindtrap that explain various things about the need for each active account to achieve a better future. We are also advised not to do Power Down just to get fiat money. There are other things we can get when managing accounts. I made the parable of Steem as a field. Fields that must be treated properly. must be planted with good seeds, get sufficient irrigation and fertilizer and eradicate the pests and weeds that attack. In that way we will be able to enjoy the harvest.
Likewise, at Steem. manage accounts well, especially as a content creator. There are some things that should concern us all.
1. Come up with bright ideas
A selection of interesting topics with an attractive style will certainly make a post rewarded. Come up with bright ideas so that when reading people do not get bored. There is always a fresh new idea so that readers see the post as a food that is always delicious and not boring.
2. Maintain quality and authenticity
the work we post must still show that we are working hard in earnest. People will know whether a work is a copy paste or the result of one's own thoughts. Moreover, Steem has a "police" that oversees whether a post is plagiarism or not
3. Keep the relationship good
In Steem is a community that will maintain a good relationship. For that we need to establish good relations with other accounts. We can enter certain communities to increase brotherhood so that we will have the opportunity to actively interact with others. This interaction can we follow up with upvote comments or even curation.
I believe if this is done it will be a means for us to create togetherness in achieving prosperity in Steem.
