My Actifit Report Card: May 19 2020
Hello Everybody!
Good day and thanks for stopping by and welcome to my fitness report.
So today was another beautiful lovely day. As usual I did my morning stepping around the community. Weather was fantastic around 50F degrees with cool air and soft winds blowing from time to time. Here are a few photos I took.
Arrived home just in time for the automaticwin and right away fixed myself a glass of avocado blueberry pear smoothie.
After that it was time to relax and enjoy a show on Netflix.
Come afternoon I did my afternoon leisure walk in the trail. And resting on the bench just listening to the sounds of birdsongs as well as doing meditative with my breathing.
I also I enjoyed watching the ducks on the pond as with many others that were there this afternoon. Many with their bikes and others walking with their pets.
After my walk in the trail I headed for a takeout from Panda Express before finally heading home and called it a day.
