Italian Pizza in a local restaurant - in 3 acts!!

If you enter a place and notice the owner speaks Italian this is already a good sign.

First act:

So funny that after we placed our order (starter and main course), slices of homemade bread 🥖 Olives with paprica and a nice portion aglioli came to our table. I was not sure if that was the starter we ordered before, the asked about it and was informed that was just a small appetizer before the meal - typical Italian 😂

Second act: the starter

Grilled vegetables🌶 🍅 🍆 , some Parma ham, cheese 🧀 with balsamic vinegar - it looked so good that we attacked the food right away and no time was left for the blog picture ☺️

Grand Finale: Pizza 🍕 con Tutto

That is how the menu was showing “pizza with everything” translated from Italian. Salami, Ham, champignons, fresh tomato 🍅 sauce and of course cheese 🧀 . So good when harmonized with some red Wine 🍷

Conclusion

It does not need to be expensive or fancy. if you can choose, than choose authentic and you probably will have no reason to regret!
