When travelling I usually buy books about local food. Would like to share this book 📚 (Korean family food) that covers most common dishes in Korea and of course their recipes ! In English of but also in Korean language ;-) (bilingual)
It has excelent editorial quality and beautiful pictures.

It doesn’t mean you have prepare all dishes in from book but it gives you a very good understanding about ingredients and their food culture!
