How to Dad: Forts

Everyone knows forts are cool. It's a rainy day, so Zoey and I are making one today. To make a fort, you will need the following:

• Fort making stuff (pillows, blankets, old boxes, anything)
• A place to make the fort
• An adult beverage

To start, you'll need a clean area, move everything to the sides of your living room

Repeat after me "Furniture is foundation, pillows are anchors, blankets or cardboard are roofing."

Requirements: Entrance, emergency exit, secret entrance

Once you have a small fort to crawl into, you need to modify repeatedly until you get it just right

Dad needs to inspect

Enemies can't get in and we're invisible. Get toys and play

Outside sounds cannot penetrate the fort, Moms cannot be heard.
