My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2018

I took three very long walks with my dog today and went on only a short bike ride to get dinner. Sebastian is getting more than the usual exercise but this app inspires me to move more.

This is a plaque celebrating the peace between the US and the dominion of Canada since the War of 1812.
