Sweet Potato Soup Recipe....
Ingredients:
1/2 cup diced onion
1 shallot, diced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Three/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 sweet potatoes (more or less 2 kilos), peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
Freshly ground black pepper
Four cups fowl stock
Instructions:
Warmness oil in a big pot, or Dutch oven, over medium warmth. Upload the diced onion and shallot, and season with salt and pepper. Cook dinner 6-7 minutes, till translucent.
Add garlic and prepare dinner a further 2-three minutes.
Stir in inventory, paprika, candy potatoes, and cinnamon, and convey to a boil. Lessen warmth and simmer for half-hour till the candy potatoes are tender.
Purée the aggregate using an immersion blender or in batches the use of a traditional blender. Season the soup with salt and pepper, and serve with clean bread.
