Hola soy Robinson Fuentes #FirstPost

Hi this is me Robinson, I'm from Venezuela. I was born in Maturin – Monagas on November 9th of 1994.

Now I’m 22, at the age of 9 I started to play drums, I loved to play Green Day, Linkin Park and The Rasmus songs. My uncle gave me my first pair of drumsticks and I played everywhere, then my father bought me my first drum set.

My uncle told me that to become a better drummer I needed to play jazz, by the time that I was playing rock and metal stuff I started listening jazz, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Miles Davis and Mccoy Tyner.

I moved to Caracas to study music at the Simon Bolivar Music Conservatory, I started the classes with the best Venezuelan drummer Andres Briceño. I studied A LOT the first two years to audition to the Simon Bolivar Big Band Jazz.

I got in and now, a year after I’m join Steemit, thanks to my cousin @etnique for bring me in, I hope you enjoy my Blog and help me through this ride, I’m grateful to be here learning with you.

Hola soy yo Robinson, soy de Venezuela. Nací en Maturin - Monagas el 9 de noviembre de 1994.

Ahora tengo 22 años, a la edad de 9 años comencé a tocar la batería, me encantaba tocar canciones de Green Day, Linkin Park y The Rasmus.

Mi tío me regalo mi primer par de baquetas y tocaba en todas partes, entonces mi papá me compró mi primera batería.

Mi tío me dijo que para convertirme en un mejor baterista necesitaba tocar jazz, mientras estaba tocando rock y metal, empecé a escuchar jazz, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Miles Davis y Mccoy Tyner.

Me mudé a Caracas para estudiar música en el Conservatorio de Música Simón Bolívar, comencé las clases con el mejor baterista venezolano Andrés Briceño. Estudié mucho durante los dos primeros años para audicionar al Simon Bolivar Big Band Jazz.

Entré y ahora, un año después me uní a Steemit, gracias a mi primo @etnique, espero que disfruten de mi blog y me ayuden a través de este paseo, estoy agradecido de estar aquí aprendiendo con ustedes.
