Raw HTML Editor re sizable to left should be disabled

I am wondering if some did already file on this since its very common because people do usually make edit into the editor daily when they do post.I think it's a little unusual that the text editing box can be resize to left leaving the editor to nothing.

Please see image what i meant.
In Steemit Interface :

You try to hold the sizer that can be found in the lower right and try to drag it to your left, you can able to resized this to its thinner part.

This will be the output which makes it not a presentable way of editing your post or article.

In Utopian-io

The same with Steemit you just try to drag it to the leftmost.

This will be the outcome after you have totally drag it to the left mostcorner.

Proposed Feature :

• The lower right most corner size should not resize to the left instead if can be resize down only to see unseen objects or make a scroll bar (the same with utopian-io) where you just click top and down or move the scroll bar using a mouse.

Advantages of the Feature :

• It is more user friendly
• This will prevent from the novice internet user losing his created or drafted data
• More efficient way of editing
