You know? there is a saying that says "It is never too late to learn". And I share this philosophy completely. But these developmental careers are generally exercised by young people (mostly). I think that people over 40 years of age should find it difficult to change careers to learn the development of codes for Dapps for example.
But the blockchain field is so broad that there is a range of opportunities for all.
Yeah, people who have more ages will be more difficult to the, however, with the increase of the blockchain industry, another careers that don't need to learn dev things also will increase. It's a snowball coming to the cliff until de base.
